• You must be 21 and present at check in to book a reservation.

• A valid photo ID and credit card is required to check-in.

• All reservations are subject to local, state, and federal taxes.

• Upon check-in, your credit card will be charged for the entirety of the stay, including a 30% authorization hold for incidentals. The authorization minus any additional room charges or damages, will be released by the resort within 24 hours of checkout. Your banks policy will determine how soon those funds will be released back to you - usually 3-7 business days.

• Reservations are fully refundable up to 30 days prior to check-in. Reservations canceled less than 30 days from check-in will be charged for the first two nights of the stay. If the reservation is two nights or less, the cancelation fee is the entire stay.

• Smoking of any kind inside of accommodations or resort buildings is strictly prohibited. Please find a designated smoking area on site.

• Dogs 20 pounds and under welcome! A non-refundable pet fee of $100 will be charged upon check-in. All animals must be kept under control at all times, and on leash while outside of any accommodation. The resort reserves the right to require the removal of any animal that is impacting any other guest or staff member. For boat rentals, there is a $25 non-refundable pet fee.
